Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Crab legs thawed if frozen
  • 1 cup Butter unsalted
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Add a pinch of salt.
  2. 2. Add the crab legs to the pot and cook for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  3. 3. While the crab legs are cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. 5. Stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Remove the crab legs from the pot using tongs and transfer to a serving platter.
  7. 7. Pour the garlic butter sauce over the crab legs and serve immediately.
