Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon chopped parsley optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Fold in crab meat and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm with crackers or bread.
