In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Fold in crab meat and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm with crackers or bread.
