Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Crab meat fresh or canned
- 1 cup Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 cup Tomatoes diced
- 1 cup Red onion finely chopped
- 1 cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 unit Jalapeño seeded and minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, lime juice, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, and salt.
Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.
