Ingredients

  • 1 lb Crab meat
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, beaten egg, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into patties, about ½ inch thick.
  3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the crab cakes for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
