Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Peel and core apples. Cut each apple into 8 wedges.
Roll each apple wedge in crescent roll dough starting at the wide end. Pinch to seal and place in a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Pour over dumplings.
Pour Mountain Dew around the edges of the pan.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
