- 2 cups Cottage Cheese
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Cucumber, diced
- ¼ cup Red Onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and fresh dill.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Mix well and serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
