- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 2 units Eggs
- ¼ cup Vegetable oil
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
Add cottage cheese, eggs, and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
