  • 1 cup Cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 units Eggs
  • ¼ cup Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
  3. Add cottage cheese, eggs, and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
