  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Butter, melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping them into sticks.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
