  • 4 slices Rye Bread
  • 200 g Corned Beef thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened
  • 2 tablespoon Mustard

Instructions 

  1. 1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  2. 2. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Layer with corned beef and Swiss cheese. Spread mustard on the other two slices of bread and place them on top, buttered side up.
  4. 4. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
