  • 4 cups Cornbread, crumbled
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup Bell pepper, diced
  • ½ cup Red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup Chopped fresh parsley

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the cornbread according to the package instructions or your favorite recipe. Let it cool completely.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, crumble the cooled cornbread into bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3. Add the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, shredded cheese, and chopped parsley to the bowl.
  4. 4. Pour the ranch dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
  5. 5. Let the salad sit for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
