Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh corn kernels about 4 ears
  • 1 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, combine all ingredients.
  2. 2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and let cool.
  5. 5. Transfer to jars and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
