Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Corn kernels fresh or canned
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine corn, flour, milk, beaten egg, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Spoon the batter into the pan, forming small fritters. Cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove fritters from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
