Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Corn kernels fresh or canned
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine corn, flour, milk, beaten egg, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Spoon the batter into the pan, forming small fritters. Cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Remove fritters from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
