Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Corn kernels fresh or canned
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 can Green chilies diced
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine corn, sour cream, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, green chilies, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
Serve warm with tortilla chips or your favorite dippers.
