Corn and Avocado Salsa

- 2 cups Corn kernels (fresh, canned, or frozen)
- 1 Avocado, diced
- ½ cup Red onion, finely chopped
- 1 Jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
In a mixing bowl, combine corn, avocado, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
Add lime juice and salt. Toss gently to combine.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
