Copycat Cracker Barrel Hash Brown Casserole Recipe

- 2 cups shredded hash browns
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup melted butter
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onion, salt, and black pepper.
Stir in the melted butter until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
