Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Sriracha
  • ¼ cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha, sweet chili sauce, honey, garlic powder, and paprika. Whisk until smooth.
  2. 2. Coat the shrimp in cornstarch, shaking off any excess.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Fry the shrimp in batches until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Drain the shrimp on paper towels.
  6. 6. Toss the fried shrimp in the sauce until evenly coated.
  7. 7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
