Ingredients

  • 4 cups Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 0.5 cup Cilantro, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. 3. Add tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then blend until smooth.
  5. 5. Stir in lime juice and cilantro. Serve warm or chilled.
