  • 1 lb Carrots peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Peel and slice the carrots.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add the carrots to the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Add honey, salt, and pepper. Stir well to coat the carrots.
  5. 5. Cook for another 5 minutes until the carrots are tender and glazed.
  6. 6. Serve warm.
