Ingredients

  • 1 lb Conch meat, cleaned and diced
  • 1 cup Tomato, diced
  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup Bell pepper, diced
  • ½ cup Red onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup Fresh orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced conch meat, tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion.
  2. 2. Add the fresh lime juice, orange juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. 3. Stir in the chopped cilantro.
  4. 4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. 5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
