Ingredients

  • 200 g spaghetti cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • ½ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup black olives sliced
  • ¼ cup Italian dressing
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and black olives.
  3. 3. Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
