Instructions
Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
In a large bowl, combine tortellini, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
