Main Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers peeled and chopped
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon dill chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
- ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
1. Peel and chop the cucumbers.
2. In a blender, combine the cucumbers, yogurt, garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
5. Serve cold, garnished with extra dill if desired.
