Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Instructions

  2. 2. In a blender, combine the cucumbers, yogurt, garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
