- 1 lb Crawfish tails cooked and peeled
- 8 oz Cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Green onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- to taste Salt and pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
Add the crawfish tails, green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, and Cajun seasoning. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
