- 1 lb Asparagus trimmed
- 8 slices Prosciutto
- 1 Lemon zested and juiced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil

1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
2. Add the asparagus and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
3. Transfer the asparagus to a bowl of ice water to cool, then drain.
