Ingredients

  • 2 cups Brewed Coffee strong
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Gelatin Powder
  • ¼ cup Cold Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, heat brewed coffee and sugar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until completely dissolved.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or individual serving cups.
  5. 5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  6. 6. Serve with whipped cream or condensed milk if desired.
