  • 1 cup Mashed potatoes
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil for frying

Instructions
