  • 1 cup Jasmine rice
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, combine the rice, coconut milk, water, sugar, and salt.
  3. 3. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low.
  4. 4. Cover and simmer for 18-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and let it sit, covered, for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
