Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs separated
  • 3 tablespoon Cream cheese softened
  • ¼ teaspoon Cream of tartar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, mix egg yolks, cream cheese, and honey until smooth.
  4. Gently fold egg whites into the yolk mixture until well combined.
  5. Spoon mixture onto the baking sheet, forming 4-6 mounds.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before serving.
