Classic Restaurant Caesar Salad Recipe
A classic Caesar salad with homemade dressing, croutons, and fresh romaine lettuce.

Salad Ingredients
- 2 heads Romaine Lettuce chopped
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
Dressing Ingredients
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 pieces Anchovy Fillets minced
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- 1 piece Egg Yolk raw
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
Croutons
- 2 cups Bread cubed
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Toss bread cubes with olive oil and garlic powder. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy fillets, egg yolk, and lemon juice.
Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking continuously until dressing is emulsified.
In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons.
Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat evenly.
Serve immediately.
