Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Melted butter

Filling

  • 4 packages Cream cheese, softened 8 oz each
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 Eggs

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is almost set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
