- 12 pieces Clams cleaned and opened
- 4 slices Bacon chopped
- ¼ cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons Butter melted
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons Parsley chopped
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
2. In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.
4. Place the clams on a baking sheet. Top each clam with the breadcrumb mixture and a piece of crispy bacon.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
