  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup White Wine
  • 1 bunch Parsley chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add clams and white wine. Cover and cook until clams open, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
