Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Clams cleaned
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 cup White Wine
- 1 bunch Parsley chopped
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add clams and white wine. Cover and cook until clams open, about 5-7 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
