- 1 can Minced Clams drained
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce optional

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and hot sauce (if using).
