- 1 lb Pecans
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 large Egg white beaten until frothy
- 1 tablespoon Water
Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg white and water until frothy.
Add the pecans to the egg white mixture and stir to coat.
In a separate bowl, mix together the sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
Pour the sugar mixture over the pecans and stir until evenly coated.
Spread the pecans in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until the pecans are crisp and golden.
Allow the pecans to cool completely before serving or storing.
