Cinnamon Sugar Pecans Recipe

- 1 lb Pecans
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 unit Egg white large
- 1 tablespoon Water
Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg white and water until frothy.
Add the pecans to the egg white mixture and stir to coat.
In another bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Pour over the pecans and stir until evenly coated.
Spread the pecans in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until pecans are crisp and coating is dry.
Let cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container.
