- 2 cups raw almonds
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk the egg white and vanilla extract until frothy. Add the almonds and stir to coat.
Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the almonds and toss to coat evenly.
Spread the almonds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until the almonds are crisp and golden.
Allow the almonds to cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container.
