- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Raisins
- 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
- 1 cup Milk warm
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 packet Active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ¼ cup Butter melted
1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
2. Add melted butter, salt, and 2 cups of flour. Mix until smooth.
3. Gradually add remaining flour and knead until dough is smooth and elastic.
4. Fold in raisins and cinnamon. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Punch down dough and shape into a loaf. Place in a greased loaf pan.
6. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before slicing.
