- 1 lb Breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
- 6 Eggs beaten
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 4 cups Frozen hash browns thawed
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, beaten eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and thawed hash browns.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
