Main Ingredients
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 6 slices bread, cubed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until evenly brown. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Add milk, salt, and mustard. Stir in the bread cubes, cheese, and sausage. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
