Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Green Tomatoes chopped
  • 2 cups Cabbage chopped
  • 1 cup Onions chopped
  • 1 cup Green Bell Peppers chopped
  • 1 cup Red Bell Peppers chopped
  • 2 cups White Vinegar
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Celery Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, combine all the chopped vegetables.
  2. 2. Add vinegar, sugar, mustard seeds, celery seeds, turmeric, and salt.
  3. 3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and let cool. Store in sterilized jars.
