Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Green Tomatoes chopped
- 2 cups Cabbage chopped
- 1 cup Onions chopped
- 1 cup Green Bell Peppers chopped
- 1 cup Red Bell Peppers chopped
- 2 cups White Vinegar
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Mustard Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Celery Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Salt
1. In a large pot, combine all the chopped vegetables.
2. Add vinegar, sugar, mustard seeds, celery seeds, turmeric, and salt.
3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Remove from heat and let cool. Store in sterilized jars.
