Chorizo Breakfast Burritos

- 8 oz chorizo sausage
- 4 large eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon butter
1. Cook the chorizo in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
3. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the egg mixture and cook, stirring frequently, until the eggs are scrambled and fully cooked.
4. Add the cooked chorizo back to the skillet and mix with the scrambled eggs.
5. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave. Divide the egg and chorizo mixture evenly among the tortillas. Top with shredded cheese.
6. Roll up the tortillas to form burritos. Serve immediately.
