Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Chicken breasts cut into chunks
- 2 pieces Chorizo sausages cut into chunks
- 1 piece Red bell pepper cut into chunks
- 1 piece Green bell pepper cut into chunks
- 1 piece Red onion cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Add chicken chunks to the bowl and toss to coat.
4. Thread chicken, chorizo, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
5. Grill skewers for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and chorizo is slightly charred.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
