Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced thin
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup celery, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add onion and garlic. Cook until fragrant.
  4. Add celery, carrots, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Add mushrooms and cook for another 3 minutes.
  6. Return chicken to the pan. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chicken broth.
  7. Bring to a simmer. Add cornstarch mixture and cook until sauce thickens.
  8. Stir in bean sprouts and cook for 2 more minutes.
  9. Serve hot.
