Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Dark Chocolate chopped
  • 3 Eggs separated
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 200 ml Heavy Cream whipped

Instructions 

  1. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  2. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until pale and thick.
  3. Fold the melted chocolate into the egg yolk mixture.
  4. Whip the cream to soft peaks and fold into the chocolate mixture.
  5. Whisk the egg whites to stiff peaks and gently fold into the mixture.
  6. Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and chill for at least 2 hours.
