Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter
  • 4 oz Semisweet Chocolate chopped
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • ¼ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose Flour

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease four ramekins and dust with cocoa powder.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, egg yolks, sugar, and salt until thickened and pale.
  4. Fold melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, then fold in flour until just combined.
  5. Divide batter evenly among ramekins. Bake for 12 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft.
  6. Let cakes cool in ramekins for 1 minute, then invert onto plates and serve immediately.
