Ingredients 

Cake Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs

Flan Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Caramel

  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a saucepan, melt sugar over medium heat until golden brown. Pour into the bundt pan.
  3. Prepare cake mix according to package instructions. Pour over caramel in the bundt pan.
  4. Blend sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, 4 eggs, and vanilla extract. Pour over cake batter.
  5. Cover with foil and place in a larger pan filled with 1 inch of hot water.
  6. Bake for 1 hour. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
