- 1 cup coffee beans use your favorite coffee beans
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips or any chocolate of your choice
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
Add the coffee beans to the melted chocolate and stir until fully coated.
Using a fork, remove the coated beans and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Let them cool until the chocolate hardens. You can speed this up by placing them in the fridge.
