Chocolate Covered Bacon Strips

- 8 slices Bacon thick-cut
- 1 cup Chocolate chips semi-sweet
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place bacon slices on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy. Remove and let cool.
Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
Dip each bacon strip into the melted chocolate, coating evenly. Place on parchment paper to set.
Let the chocolate-covered bacon strips cool until the chocolate hardens. Serve and enjoy!
