Chocolate Chex Caramel Crunch Recipe

- 8 cups Chocolate Chex cereal
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- ½ cup Butter
- ¼ cup Light corn syrup
- ¼ teaspoon Baking soda
1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute, until the mixture is boiling.
2. Stir in baking soda until dissolved. Pour over the Chocolate Chex cereal, stirring until evenly coated.
3. Microwave the mixture on high for 3 minutes, stirring every minute.
4. Spread the mixture on waxed paper to cool. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
