- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Chipotle in adobo sauce chopped
- 1 teaspoon Adobo sauce
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
1. In a blender or food processor, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped chipotle, adobo sauce, and a pinch of salt.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
4. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
